Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

This is the privacy policy that applies to Jisas Studio and to every app in the catalog (MineDrop, VoxelCross, QuantumLoop, ChronoBox, GearMind, RogueChess, PrismaPath, NEXO9, La Coartada Mortal, Sudoky and Kranich). It's the URL listed as the privacy policy on Google Play for each of them.

This policy explains how Jisas Studio (hereinafter, "the Studio", "we") handles information related to this website and to the mobile apps and games we publish on Google Play.

Data controller: Jisas Studio. Contact: info@jisas.studio.

1. General principle: your save never leaves your device

Our logic games run with no accounts, no sign-up and no servers of our own. Campaign progress, the current game, statistics, streaks, language and your preferences are stored exclusively in local device storage (LocalStorage). We never receive them, never copy them, and can't access them.

If you uninstall the app or clear its data, that information disappears permanently. There's no cloud backup.

2. Data we do process

Although we don't run game servers, some third-party services built into the apps process data on their own:

Data Purpose Who processes it
Device advertising identifier Show ads and limit their frequency Google AdMob
Anonymous purchase identifier Recognize the "remove ads" purchase and restore it RevenueCat and Google Play
Diagnostics and crash data Detect errors and app stability Google Play
Email address Only if you write to us: to reply to your query Jisas Studio

We do not collect your name, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or any biometric data.

Specific case: "La Coartada Mortal"

This mystery game is the only exception to the no-server model, because the interrogations are answered by a language model. In it:

  • An anonymous session is created (Firebase Authentication), with no email or password.
  • Case progress and your notes are saved linked to that anonymous identifier (Firebase Firestore).
  • The questions you type in the interrogation are sent to the language model provider (Groq) to generate the suspect's response.

Don't enter personal data in the interrogation chat: only type questions related to the case.

Specific case: "NEXO9" and "Sudoky" — reminders via push notifications

When a game offers a reminder (for example, of the daily challenge), it's usually a local notification: scheduled by your own device, with no server involved and no data collected — see point 5. NEXO9 and Sudoky are the exception: they use push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. If you grant permission, your device registers with a token, and alongside it we store the minimum data needed to decide when to notify you — for example your daily streak and whether you've already played today — never data that identifies you personally. You can revoke the permission from your device settings at any time; the token is deleted as soon as Firebase detects it as invalid.

Sudoky also uses Firebase Firestore and Storage to serve its catalog of visual themes, and Firebase Analytics for aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. More information on how Firebase handles this data at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

3. Advertising and consent

Apps with ads use Google AdMob. Before initializing the ad SDK, we show Google's consent form (UMP), as required by the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the equivalent regulation in the United Kingdom.

  • If you accept personalized ads, AdMob may use the advertising identifier to profile the ads you see.
  • If you decline, you'll still see ads, but not personalized ones.
  • You can change your decision at any time from Privacy Options, in each game's main menu.

The "remove ads" purchase disables advertising completely: with it active, the AdMob SDK doesn't even get initialized.

Google's information on how it handles this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely through Google Play. The Studio never sees, receives, or stores your card or payment method details. We use RevenueCat as a technical intermediary to validate the purchase and enable its restoration: since users are anonymous, the purchase stays linked to the device's Google Play account.

5. Notifications

Unless stated otherwise — see the NEXO9 and Sudoky case in point 2 — our games' reminders (for example, of the daily challenge) are local notifications, scheduled by your own device: there's no sending server and no data collection. The permission is requested after you complete your first challenge, never on launch, and you can revoke it from your system settings.

6. This website

This site is static and does not use its own cookies, analytics, or trackers. It's hosted on Vercel, which logs technical connection data (IP address, user agent, request date) in its server logs for security and operational purposes.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google's servers when the page opens.

7. Minors

Our games are suitable for all audiences, but are not specifically directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from people of that age. If you believe a minor in your care has provided us with data, write to us and we'll delete it.

8. Legal basis and retention

  • Consent: personalized advertising and notifications.
  • Performance of the service: purchase management and game operation.
  • Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and error diagnostics.

Local data is kept for as long as the app is installed. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the query, and for one year at most from the last contact.

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@jisas.studio.

  • Immediate deletion, no paperwork: uninstall the app or clear its data from Android settings. Since it's local storage, that removes all your game information.
  • Advertising identifier: you can reset or delete it from Settings → Google → Ads on your device.

If you believe we haven't properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), or with the data protection authority of your country of residence if you live outside Spain.

10. Changes to this policy

If we modify this policy, we'll update the date in the header. Substantial changes will also be announced within the affected app.
